Lauren believes that nurturing your own body through touch is a critical aspect in keeping a healthy body and mind. Lauren is passionate about working with her clients to achieve their unique health goals. That may be restoring calm to their nervous system, increasing the range of motion of joints, rehabilitation or deep relaxation. 

Lauren has a deep understanding of the body after many hours of study for her Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy). 
Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
